The design consultation; - This involves a detailed discussion to gain an understanding of your aspirations and budget. Detailed notes and photographs are taken that will be used to produce a proposal before drawings are produced.

Site survey; - Once the proposal has been accepted, precise measurements and levels are taken of the site and a draft plan produced together with estimated costs for the completion of any hard or soft landscaping.

Draft designs; - From the site measurements a concept plan is produced. Once this is agreed, we will then produce a final draft for your approval.
